Cancellation/Changes and Refunds: Fees for late arrivals and early departures will not be refunded.  Fees will be refunded for any reason prior to July 10, 2010.  After July 10, 2010, fees are not refundable.  All refunds will be processed after the star party.  Substitutions are allowed at no charge. In the unlikely event that the Mt Bachelor Star Party as Sunriver is canceled, all fees will be refunded.

Payment Methods: Checks must be in U.S. funds payable to SRNCO (Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory).  There will be a $25.00 fee charged on checks returned by the bank due to insufficient funds.  Registration confirmation and receipt will be mailed.
